Lost & Found Update

I've replaced the Lost & Found Log binder with a new, smaller one.  The old one was starting to fall apart.  I've also revised the procedures just a little and the Log form.  The Owner's Signature box now has a gray highlight,and adjacent to that box, is a new box for staff initials (also with a gray highlight).

So, when someone picks up a lost & found item that was logged and locked, be sure you initial next to their signature.

I  believe Mark Kelly is working at simplifying these procedures even more, so watch for further updates.

As soon as the Staffweb upgrade is done, I will revise the online procedures.
