No Cash-Out of Dawg-Prints Cards

I just added this information to the Info Index 'Dawg-Prints Cards' page:

• It is not possible to 'cash-out' the balance on a Dawg-Prints Card
  However, Dawg-Prints Cards value can be transferred to Husky Card accounts by going to the Communications Copy Center
