The pattern has been that most calls coming into the Periodicals Desk are much the same as what we routinely handle at the Information Desk and rarely having to do with Periodicals per se. Should you receive a phone call for Periodicals staff, offer to look for the staff person in the Libraries staff directory to see if there is a direct phone number. If there is no direct phone number, ask the caller to call back when that desk is open.
