We deployed new images over the break to all spaces, however, we were not able to fix the
black screen at login issue that is described on the whiteboard post on the
feedback form. It appears to be more severe and requires a completely new image be built from scratch, which will take some time to do. This new image will be deployed on the next image roll out. In the mean time, please follow the steps below to resolve it and report any system this issue occurs on via the
feedback form; it will help us with troubleshooting the issue.
Black screen at login with only the mouse cursor - We are seeing the
black screen at login with only the mouse cursor at random intervals in all of
Access+ and its cause is still unknown.
The fix for this problem:
- Ctrl+Alt+Delete ->
- Task Manager ->
- File ->
- New Task (Run...)->
- type in "explorer.exe"
This should fix the issue, but please continue to report it, as every piece of info helps us get closer to solving this issue.
