New Programmed Speed-Dials at Allen Info
The speed-dial buttons are now programmed on both Allen Info Desk telephones. To move through the 3 screens of speed-dials, simply press the right arrow key to move to each of the screens and, finally, to return to the initial screen (and, please, always DO return to the original screen after you use one of the buttons). These buttons will simply 'dial' these numbers for you, either when calling direct or transferring a call.
