Black-Screen-At-Login Problem on Access+

'We believe we have resolved the black screen issue. As this problem occurs randomly we cannot confirm that it has been fixed yet. It is imperative that you report any occurrences of the black screen issue so we can determine if it still exists.'
The above text is from the 'white board' section of the LST/Libraries Workstations Trouble Ticket Form (listed in the Info Index under Access+ - Problem Reporting). I just experienced this problem at one of the machines in the Allen lobby and reported it. Be alert to this possibility and report it promptly if you see it.
