Husky Account Page Problems

The online Husky Card account page is AGAIN experiencing the same issue where it cannot always be accessed through various links or by typing the URL directly. When the page IS able to successfully load, the URL shows the following odd string of extra characters:

https://huskycard.hfs.washington.edu/@@3820d9403f5696e75beea729f4ef742b/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp

The Housing & Food Services IT department is working with Blackboard (the contract company that provides this online service) to rectify the problem.

Users should simply try numerous times to access the Husky Card Account page. Generally it works after multiple tries.
