User Query Sampling Week

Today is the first day of the user querly sampling week. The forms are in place at each of the desks and instructions are attached to the bottom of the stack of forms for the week. Closers at the Allen Info should place that day's form in my mailbox there. Closers at the Suzz desk should put the form on the bottom of the stack. Openers at each desk, remember to date the new form for the day.

Remember, the column labeled 'Circulation' is my addition to the form. It's there because I kept forgetting to mark non-circ queries; since there are so many circulation transactions, and these are not actualy being counted in these tallies. Use this column or not; it's up to you. I just found that if I had a place to mark every single transaction, I would remember to mark the ones that really count.
