User Query Statistics Clarification

Please take a look at the following examples of what should be marked as 'Ref' on the User Query Statistics sheet:

Examples:
  • I have some books overdue, how can I renew them from home?
  • Can you help me find these journal titles?
  • How do I find something by this author?
  • I'm looking for this book, which is supposed to be on the shelf, but I can't find it there.
  • I found an article in a database; can you show me how to find it in the catalog?
  • How do I access the UW databases from off-campus?
For all intents and purposes, any time you use the Info Index to get information for a user, mark this as a Ref. You should also be marking the FIG sheets stampings as a Non-Ref.

Make sure you are marking your user interactions appropriately.
