Important Information about the new Summit Requesting

When a person clicks on the the 'Request Item (about 5 days)' button in WorldCat Local, the subsequent screen can be confusing. Note that our users need to look at the top, slightly greyed portion of this window with this text:

Proxied Institutional Sign On

They need to click on 'Proxied Institutional Sign On.' This will take them to more familiar screens, including the UW NetID login.

Eventually, this will initial screen will change so that our users don't have to make a separate selection from most of the other Orbis-Cascade users.
