All quarter there has been a sporadic problem with the
Access+ machines defaulting to the 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' printer, a printer which doesn't actually exist as a print destination. If the user does not manually change the printer destination to the correct one, there will not be a Pharos pop-up client (in which the user puts their and their document's names). Upon logout, this problem generally corrects itself, but could recur at another time. This problem had been increasing in frequency over the last week.
LST staff think they have isolated the cause of this problem and have made corrections such that it will now occur only rarely. If it does occur again, please
report it as you would any other
Access+ problem--as a printing issue.
