Here is information from the the 'whiteboard' portion of the 'Librarians: Report a Problem' form we use for reporting Access+ problems. The 'whiteboard' is the top portion of this reporting form, where LST staff post notices about known problems.

We are seeing the black screen at login with only the mouse cursor at random intervals in all of Access+ and its cause is still unknown.
The fix for this problem: Ctrl+Alt+Delete -> Task Manager -> File -> New Task (Run...) -> type in "explorer.exe"
This should fix the issue, but please continue to report it, as every piece of info helps us get closer to solving this issue.
