There were 2 instances in the last hour when a public PC in the Allen Lobby (one an
Access+ and the other a
Guest station) seemed to be not working because the monitor was black and there was neither a green nor an amber light on the monitor. In both cases, the power cord on the lower edge of the monitor had become slightly dislodged. I just pushed it into place and the monitor came on.
Add this to your trouble-shooting practices when it seems appropriate.
