Summit Patron Account Problem

Early Monday morning (5/11/09) OCLC changed access to Summit patron request information. We have found that users are now not getting access to information about requests made prior to Monday. We are working with OCLC to solve the problem. In the meantime, since Summit requests are coming within 3-4 days, please advise users to wait until at least Friday for their requests to arrive. At that point, if material has not arrived, they should contact summit@lib.washington.edu to inquire about the status of their request.
