More about the Refunds Procedure

There is a stack of Refund Request slips on the counters at Allen and Allen South Info Desks. I will also provide a stack for the Reference Desk (in the drawer where the Emergency Dawg Prints card is located). I've also asked for a virtual copy of this form that we can print off if need be. I will link to this from the procedures when it is provided.
