Desk Tracker Anomaly

I'll let you all come up with your own solutions to this, but here's the anomaly:
  • You have Desk Tracker open in a separate browser at your public desk PC, and you have another browser of the same type (IE or Firefox) open on the same PC.
  • Then someone logs into anything on the second browser session with their UW NetID and then closes that browser session to secure whatever was logged into.
  • Closing the browser does not clear the cache or secure the site logged into unless you also close the browser session with Desk Tracker in it.
  • 2 possible solutions:
  1. Open Desk Tracker in a separate tab in whichever browser you prefer
  2. Open Desk Tracker in the other browser type from the one you typically use
