Please consider this checklist now to be standard protocol for all of us each time we come onto one of the Information Desks.
- Close the browser, if one is already open; and open a new browser of your choice. (You should also close the browser immediately after each time you or a user logs into something with NetID and let the user know that you are doing so to protect their account.)
- Take a look at Meeting Maker to see who is scheduled to relieve you and to see if any desk hours are in need of filling, and to take whichever hours you can.
- Click on the Room Schedules for Suzzallo & Allen link in the Info Index. (You should also consult the room schedules group in Meeting Maker, if what you are looking for does not appear in the above linked list.)
- Click on the Visiting Groups link in the Info Index
- Click on the Blog (Info Services) link in the Info Index
