The Husky Union Building (HUB) will close its doors on July 1, 2010, to begin a two-year renovation. In the meantime, most HUB offices and services, including ASUW and GPSS, will relocate to Condon Hall beginning June 14.

HUB Commemorative Celebration
Thursday, May 20, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m., HUB First Floor Lounge. Join UW Regent Bill Gates, Sr. ('49, '50), former ASUW President Mike Egan ('90), and current and former student leaders in commemorating the HUB. Enjoy refreshments, pictorial retrospectives, tours, plans for the new HUB and entertainment by the Husky Marching Band and other musical groups.

May 20-21 The Husky Den will be serving 1949-themed specials during their regular hours.
HUB Lawnapalooza
Thursday, May 20, 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., HUB Lawn. Live music, food and free entertainment in festival fashion for the campus community.
Ballroom Roller Jam
Thursday, May 20, 6:00 - 9:30 p.m., HUB Ballroom. Roller skate while Rainy Dawg spins the tunes. Free Retro fun for everyone.
Spring ASUW & GPSS Concert
Friday, May 21, 3:00 p.m. to dusk on the HUB Lawn. Featuring Grammy Award winner "Common" and special guests.
Club the HUB
Tuesday, May 25, 4:30 p.m., HUB First Floor. To commemorate the beginning of HUB construction, special guests and students will be invited to help us tear down the HUB Reflection Wall. Hard hats and goggles will be available.
