Suzzallo Ground Floor Closed August 23-29

The merger of the Government Publications, Maps, and Microforms & Newspapers Collections sections requires that Suzzallo ground floor and basement be closed to the public from August 23 through the 29.

Materials from these sections which are requestable online, can still be requested.  Requested items will be paged daily.  Delivery of paged items may still take a couple of days, as usual.  Encourage users to choose Suzzallo-Circulation as the pick up location for fastest delivery.  No items from Microforms & Newspapers are requestable.

Apologize to inquiring users for this inconvenience and offer the requesting option if appropriate.  For users whose needs cannot be met by requesting online, it is best to encourage them to return on August 30.  If there are more urgent needs, refer the user to Glenda Pearson at 685-1645.
