When Reporting PC Problem

Remember, when you send an email to ITS regarding a PC problem, either Access+ or Guest Research Station, you need to both cc me on the messages and sign them.  ITS will get back to me if they have any questions, and if you don't do the above, I won't know what they are referring to.
