If someone reports a problem with printing wirelessly from their
Mac, refer them to the
Dawg Prints Website:
- Have them click on the bottom link on the left, Troubleshooting.
- The first entry on the troubleshooting page's KNOWN ISSUES: section is for Mac 10.6 users.
- If they fill out the 'this survey' form, they will be sent printer packages appropriate for their Mac software version..
If they need further assistance, either refer them to the technical help staff at the
Odegaard Learning Commons, or have them send email to
uwcshelp@u.washington.edu, an email link listed near the top of the Troubleshooting page.
