Just a reminder - if people approach you at the desks or on chat about scheduling events or booking rooms in the Research Commons, please refer them to this page:
http://commons.lib.washington.edu/resources/spaces instead of directing them to my/Adam's email address. This page is now linked through the Libraries "Reserve a Study Space" page.
This page will link them to our online room reservation system if they are interested in reserving a booth, room, or plasma screen wall for a group.
This page will also link people who are interested in scheduling the open "Presentation Place" or room "Red B" for larger events/workshops/
presentations to our new reservation forms. We require that UW community members fill out this form at least 5 days in advance of their desired event. We much prefer that people use this form rather than contacting us by email. More information about the policies and equipment available for these spaces are also available on that page.
