For a couple of years now, there have been signs on some of the Suzzallo/Allen stacks range ends with this: Lost or Confused go down 1 (or 2 or 3) floors or call 206-543-0242. I don't think these signs have generated more than one or two phone calls in that entire period of time. So my suspicion is that these table tents will create about the same kind of response.
However, in the event you do get a call at the Allen North Info Desk that is clearly from someone in the building reporting a security issue, then you should do the same thing you would do if the person reported it by coming to the desk. There are a number of useful links in the Info Index to help with this. Take a look at these to make sure you are familiar with them:
If the person calling has witnessed or is witnessing a crime, tell them to hang up and call 911. When using a cell phone on campus to call 911, the caller needs to identify that they are on campus and need the campus police.
Remember, your response will vary greatly depending on the circumstance; but f it seems clear that a library staff person needs to physically go to the person calling, then you should call, in this order:

- InfoCore - 6-3083 (Marc-Albert, Mark, Tom)
- Suzz Circ - 3-2555
