Odegaard Writing Center Staff Staying Late in the RC

This week and next, OWRC tutors have official permission to finish the last session of the day in the Research Commons at 5:15pm and escort the student with whom they are working out of the building as they themselves leave. That extra 15 minutes each evening makes it possible for us to support an additional 80+ students over the course of the four weeks of the Early Fall Start quarter.

Here are the names of the OWRC tutors on closing shift in the Research Commons each evening:

Mondays: Alejandro Luna-Juliano, Jixia Ao, Joshuel Pahang, Matthew Davidson

Tuesdays: Benjamin Hole, Matthew Davidson, Rachel Brown, Ronald Keller

Wednesdays: Alejandro Luna-Juliano, Gioioa VonDisterlo, Matthew Davidson, Ronald Keller

Thursdays: Colin Gorenstein, Daniel Koski-Karell, Garrett Black, Gioioa VonDisterlo, Ronald Keller

Fridays: James Kelley, Jessica Lee, Jixia Ao, Rachel Brown

Tutors should be aware of closing procedure and the need to escort students out, but please let me know if there are other things I can clarify. Thank you!
