11x17 Color Printing Solution

There is a class that is needing to print color 11x17 from a PowerPoint slide.  For some reason our color printer is not printing these documents except as 8.5x11.
The solution is to have the person send their pirnt job as an attachment to the Communications Copy Mail Center at B042CMU@UW.EDU.

This problem was resolved.  It was discovered that the paper tray settings for the 8.5x11 tray were set for 11x17.
