A Few Reminders

• When either of the 'emergency Dawg-Prints Cards' values drops to $1, let me know.
  
  
• When the printer is attempting to print to A4 paper (the 'standard' letter size in Europe), the LED screen on the printer will state, 'Load MBF':
• Press 7 then 4 on the keypad to force the job to print onto 8 1/2 X 11.
• These instructions are on the printer itself as well as in the Info Index
  
  
• When someone asks how to print or how to pay for printing, simply say, 'You use your Husky Card for that now.' If the person doesn't have a Husky Card, then you can tell them about the Dawg-Prints Card option. When someone asks where the nearest copier is, lately I've been including this after I give the directions: 'You pay for copying with your Husky Card now.'
  
  
• If you're not absolutely sure how to change the toner cartridge in the printers or you would simply like a refresher, let me know and I'll come by while you're on desk and go over it with you.
