- Print station and dispenser/add-value station problems should ONLY be reported to Copy Services via the reporting phone number, 221-7263 (1-7263). The speed-dial button labeled 'REPORT' is for this number, as well.
- On evenings and weekends the phone call to report print station or dispenser/add-value station problems, generally only generates a report to proper staff for the next business day. It does not necessarily mean that someone is going to come that evening or weekend day to take care of the problem.
- LST/Catalyst (the Access+ computer folks) have nothing whatsoever to do with the print stations. If there are problems at the Access+ computer end with printing, then you fill out the trouble ticket form to report this.
