- Have them first try resending the print job, making sure the print format for 8 1/2 X 11 is selected
- If this doesn't work, then have them send the print job yet again, this time to the OUGL Copy Center.
- Give them a refund slip for the amount they were charged but which did not print
Also, if this should occur, please promptly send me an email with the time this happened, so Publications Services IT staff can try to see what exactly is happening with these print jobs.
