Here's the text I'm putting in the 'Print Station Troubleshooting' page in the Info Index, under the anchor name 'price overcharge':
- User is being overcharged per page for print job (often $3 perpage or more)
- Send user to OUGL Copy Center asking staff there to pull print job off the Allen Library print queue
- Staff there will be able to print the job with appropriate pricing.
If the user goes ahead and clicks on 'Print' and does not get their print job (likely), they will still need to go to OUGL to get a refund for the amount they were charged for but which didn't print. You will need to give them the usual refund slip. I would recommend that they go ahead and resend their print job to OUGL Copy Center, so they can pick it up there when they go to get their refund.
