There have been some (very sporadic) reports of problems with 2-sided printing. So far, it's been impossible to recreate the problem. If someone reports a 2-sided printing problem to you, get the name of the print job and the user's name (whatever they filled-in in the 2 boxes in the Pharos pop-up box when they send the print job). Include this information, along with a description of what happened, in your report to Creative(+)Communications to uwcshelp@u.washington.edu (cc'ing me, of course).
