Later this afternoon someone from Creative(+)Communications (formerly Publications Services) will come install new software on the public copier which does not have the document feeder, across from the Library Cashier. The new software allows 2-sided copying off-the-glass. It is new software which we and 2 other universities are testing for Pharos and is already in it's second iteration and seems to be quite stable.
There will be a sign posted at the copier inviting users to try the 'new 2-sided copy feature' and asking for their feedback, either by emailing uwcshelp@u.washington.edu or speaking with someone at a nearby service desk. If you get a report of a problem with this copier, just report it the same way you would with any other copier problem.
