Due to a temporary glitch in the patron authentication protocol, some Summit requests are coming through with no patron name in the record. If the patron entered their UW email when requesting, we are able to find their record and process the loan for them. If not, we have no way to tell who requested the item and can't proceed any further.
We are currently holding a number of these in the hope that the patrons may come and ask for them, so if someone comes to your service desk and asks about a Summit loan they requested that they think should be here, please contact us and we will look for it.
You can call the ILL office at 543-1878 and ask for Jennie or email summit@lib.washington.edu with patron and item details and we will look for it.
