Hello Everyone,
We are still working on this issue but it seems to be have only affected the GX620 workstations in AccessPlus which are located in OUGL (1st floor), East-Asia, Drama, and AUP. The other spaces do not seem to be affected.
Please refer clients to the general access computing spaces, OUGL 2nd floor and Mary Gates Hall Computing Resouce Center, or the other AccessPlus spaces (Engineering, Foster, Fisheries-Oceanography, Social Work, and Suzzallo Allen).
This is a priority for us to get resolved. I will update you as we work on it.
