On Tuesday, September 1, construction will begin in preparation for the relocation of Cunningham Hall. The work will involve building structures at key locations in the Central Plaza Garage to support the weight of the historic building as it travels across the garage to its new location near Parrington Hall. The final phase of preparation will involve closing the 15th Avenue entrance on or around September 12th.
While the gate is closed, parking customers will gain access to the garage though entrances/exits on the south side of the garage via NE 40th Street or Stevens Way. The Central Plaza Garage has adequate parking capacity to accommodate permitted vehicles during the construction; however, you may not be able to park in your customary location.
