User Query Week

From November 12 through Wednesday, November 18, we will be gathering user query statistics once again. Instructions for this are posted at each of the Info Desks. There is a separate browser open on each PC with Desk Tracker.
After clicking on the appropriate button (Reference or Non-Reference) if you are taken to a second window to choose 'General or Technical' or 'Basic or Detailed' click on the link at the bottom of that window 'skip follow-ups.' This second window is an error and will be corrected.
