Checking Out Books Reminder

The library has a firm policy about never checking out materials to someone who is using another person's Husky or borrowers card, not even to a parent or spouse of the card owner.  We occasionally get calls asking if someone else can come and pick up items on the hold shelf for someone else.  The answer is no, and there are never any exceptions to this policy.
In instances where there is a disability, Cashier can issue a proxy card for someone to be able to check out another person's materials.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
