Hidden Menu in Adobe Reader

Apologies in advance if I'm the last person picking up on this, but I just learned something that I've been able to help a couple of users with.  When students are pulling up PDFs of our journal articles, sometimes the menu bar in Adobe Reader can get hidden, which makes it impossible to save the document.  They'll see a grayed 'save' icon which is inactive, and no file menu to use to save.  Looks like this:

Hitting F9 restores the menu, allowing users to go to File -> Save to save documents. 

This counts as my big revelation for the day.
