Color Printer Paper and the Heavy Duty Stapler

Should you ever have occasion to add paper to the color printer, be aware that it uses a different paper.  It's the Hammermill paper in the white and teal packaging..

Be sure when putting more staples into the heavy-duty stapler (30-60 sheets stapler), that you use the ones in the square box, labeled 3/8' Heavy duty staples.
We've also noticed that people are sometimes using this stapler for far fewer than 30 pages.  This can easily result in 2 sharp, stapler prongs sticking out of the paper (ouch!).
Let's try keeping this stapler on the center counter for now, so people will have to ask to use it...just to make sure they really do need the heavy-duty stapler for their job.
