As the HUB remodel project progresses on time, we will be starting to accept reservations on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 10am for events and meetings beginning on October 1, 2012 & beyond.
Ballrooms, Lyceum (Old Auditorium) and a combination of break out rooms: dinners, banquets, talent shows, graduation celebrations, conferences, ...
Reservations may be made two years in advance.
Meeting Rooms: one time meeting/event space request
Reservations may be made one year in advance.
Series Reservations: meetings that occur on a regular basis, 1 time per week, bi-weekly or monthly
Will be accepted September 2012 for Fall 2012. Exact date TBD.
