No Printer Pop-Up Glitch

There is a glitch in the new Access+ image.  Sometimes (not often, I don't think), when a user attempts to send a print job from an Access+ PC, they do not get the Pharos pop-up (the box where they put in their name and name their document).

The only way we've discovered to get this rectified is to logout and back in (restart) the PC.  The user can either move to a different PC, or you can let them print from the desk (preferably have them send it to the Dawg Prints print station), if that seems appropriate.
