Right now we're having ongoing problems with calling or transferring calls to the Reference Desk using the 543-0243 number. For some reason, calls to that number are automatically transferring back to 543-0242. So, for now, to transfer calls to the Reference Desk follow these steps:
- Press transfer
- Press #2 + 503 or 504
- Press transfer again when the line begins to ring
- Hang up
