Apologies for the short notice. Starting today, Tuesday 2/28, we will begin using a new Research Commons DeskTracker survey at the desk. This survey will run every hour that the desk is staffed through next Tuesday, March 6th. We will also run this survey at various times Spring Quarter. The survey asks you to make a check mark beside each and every applicable category for your interactions with patrons at the desk.
If you are the Research Commons Help Desk opening staff, week days or weekends, please follow these instructions each morning as part of the opening procedures.Do not close this browser throughout the day.
