Slow login time:
We're getting some complaints about slow login time to the Access+ PCs. We've tested PCs in 3 different locations in the building and all seem to login in about 65-75 seconds. If you get reports of PCs taking much longer than this, 3-4 minutes, report that as a PC problem for that particular PC.Print jobs taking a long time:
There is a class that has to print off an 11 page Word document. Each page has a different color photograph on it. The students are printing these in black and white, but even so the print jobs are very large are taking so long to get into the print queue that students think their print job is lost. It will eventually show up in the print queue, but it seems to take 3-4 minutes. I allowed one of these students to print to the Allen North desk printer, and it took 5 minute for all the pages to print.Quick Print Station print jobs defaulting to OUGL:
We've had a few reports of this from the Quick Print Station in the Allen Lobby, however we have been unable to replicate the problem. ITS staff has checked and all the defaults for ALLEN_SUZZALLO printers are set properly. If you can verify this problem, please report it.
