Hold shelf:
- Hold shelf will be ‘frozen’ and the time over the interim will not count toward the 7 days on the hold shelf. Items will continue to be added to the hold shelf as they are paged or arrive in the library mail.
- Patrons who need an item on the hold shelf should contact 543-2991 or ask at Suzzallo Circulation who will contact us for them. We will change pickup location to Suzzallo Circulation, walk it over to Suzzallo, and ask them to check in and process it.
Paging:
- Will be done twice a day
Library mail:
- Will be processed as usual
Book drop:
- The book drop will be locked by 5pm on Friday June 14.
- Signs directing patrons to alternate book drops will be placed on the drop.
- It will be unlocked at 8am on the morning of June 24
Reserves:
- An FAQ aimed at faculty is posted and linked to the main reserves page.
- 3rd Floor Suzzallo Media Center will accept in person reserve drop offs.
- Reserve holds can be paged to OUGL
- Reserve processing and deprocessing will follow the ROG plans to accommodate the new Alma implementation.
