We're trying to track down some performance/stability issues in Alma, and Ex Libris has asked us to report any time we get an "OOPS" message, which typically look like this:
Oops, there was a problem performing the last action. Please use this unique tracking ID when reporting an issue: E01-2204225013-RFTNL
If you get one of these, please report it using the problem reporting form at http://www.lib.washington.edu/
Include the full text of the error message (especially include the long alphanumeric string), a description of what you were doing in the system when it happened, and the date/time of the error.
