Suzzallo & Allen staff, cc your email to infocore@uw.edu and to yourself.
The reason for this is so that when there is a response to the report, especially one requesting you take some action, you will receive that response. If you don't put your email address in the cc field, you won't get those important emails, which often contain further trouble shooting instructions for you. So be sure you have your email open when you are on desk (like I have to tell you that).
Continue to be sure and include infocore@uw.edu in the cc in all correspondence in these kinds of
problem reporting and trouble shooting emails.
