Guest Research/Quick Print Stations Mouse/Keyboard Problem

Sometimes both the Guest Research and Quick Prints Stations' mouse and keyboards will stop functioning. 
When this happens you can do one of 2 things:

1.       Turn off the CPU, wait 5 seconds and turn it back on again.

a.       If that does not correct the keyboard mouse problem, do the same thing a second time.  (You may have to do it a third time.)

2.       Or report the problem to ITS in the usual way, being sure to include the indentifying number of the machine.  Someone there can correct the problem remotely during regular weekday, daytime hours, as long as the PC is turned on.
