Printing 11x17 Black & White

There is a problem in the current print driver set up for the new Dawg Prints printers that prevents black & white 11x17 files from printing on the correct size.  This problem will be corrected before the beginning of fall term on all the public computers.  It has already been corrected on the Quick Print Stations.

Below are instructions to help users print this size from all public computers except the Quick Print Stations.

 

For 11x17 Adobe PDF Files - (see image below)

1. Choose Allen Suzzallo Color as the printer in Adobe Reader
2. Click in the box next to Print in grayscale.

For all other 11x17 Files - (see image below)

1. Choose Allen Suzzallo Color as the printer
2. Click on Printer Properties
3. From the drop-down menu - Change Color/Black and White to Black and White

In both cases, users will be charge black & white prices.
