There is a known problem with accessing this database from off campus using the Libraries Proxy Server, a problem we are working to resolve.
It is recommended they visit the Libraries Off-Campus Access & Technical Support web page and follow the directions for using Husky OnNet instead of the Proxy Server.
Recommend they follow the link Configuring Husky OnNet to Access UW-Restricted Library Resources before downloading OnNet, for instructions about configuring it for use with the Libraries online resources.
You can recommend they use Dynamed. This is a good alternative recommended by Health Sciences librarians. More information is available here: http://guides.lib.uw.edu/go.php?c=13917343.
