For now, either print the lost job for the user at your public desk printer (if feasible); or your can email uwcshelp@u.washington.edu within 1/2 hour of when the print job was originally sent, with the following information:
- Physical location of the printer
- Number of pages of print job
- Time the print job was sent
- Name user gave document
You can also have the user resend their print job and pay for it with your emergency Dawg Prints card; but, of course, there is no guarantee the print job will release.
